Thallus
1ST? century

It's speculated that he wrote around 50CE.
We have no evidence that Thallus wrote anything about Jesus. The only information we have on him comes entirely from Christian apologetic sources. We do know that George Syncellus in the 9TH century quoted Julias Africanus verbatim where Julias Africanus references Thallus and his third book of a series called Histories.
In the reference we have, Julius Africanus appears to be associating the eclipse mentioned by Thallus with the passion of Jesus. Unfortunately he doesn't provide a direct quote from Thallus, and there's no evidence that Thallus even wrote about the passion of Jesus. We don't even have the context of Julias' quote.
Julius Africanus even counters the account of Thallus by pointing out that a solar eclipse can't occur during a full moon. He appears to be arguing for a supernatural cause instead of a natural event. Julias Africanus also mentions an earthquake in Judea, but the only recorded earthquake at the time was much too far away for Judea to notice and it wasn't strong enough to cause the destruction claimed.
The eclipse was also of the wrong type. If you look up eclipses from that time, the one being described is a lunar eclipse, while the one in the Gospels is a solar eclipse. Which can't happen during the full moon of Passover.
